You may return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. Items must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at forbiddenaesthetics@gmail.com. We will arrange the exchange following our standard return process.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will either replace the item at no cost or provide a full refund at our discretion.
Important: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or as store credit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and import duties. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before returning items internationally.
